Move 2 Gratitude

  • Lying on your back, you make yourself comfortable on your mat. Extend your legs, with your feet about hip-width apart, and your knees free. Straighten your back, relax and experience your breath.
  • Place your palms, one on top of the other, in the center of your chest at your heart center, with your thumbs apart, and breathe deeply into your heart center and out of your heart center. Do this a few times.
  • This step is to get into a feeling of gratitude: gratitude for everyone in your life, for everything in your life, and gratitude for life itself!
  • Take the time to experience this feeling.
  • Grow this experience of gratitude with every breath within your total self.
